All peptides, biochemical reagents, and related materials distributed by SYNCITYBIO are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific investigative purposes only.

By purchasing from SYNCITYBIO, the purchaser explicitly warrants and represents:

• The purchaser is at least twenty-one (21) years of age and possesses the necessary technical training, safety equipment, and laboratory containment facilities to handle biochemical compounds responsibly.

• Under no circumstances will any product be administered to humans, animals, or used as a drug, food additive, agricultural product, or cosmetic agent.

• The products will not be used in clinical trials, diagnostic procedures, or for commercial resale without prior written contractual authorization.

All catalog prices are denominated in USD unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if we suspect intended non-research utilization or violation of applicable regulatory guidelines. Accepted payment methods include encrypted credit/debit transactions, certified wire transfers, and digital payment rails.

Orders are dispatched from our climate-controlled Nevada facility within 24–48 business hours via insured commercial courier services. All shipments include tracking numbers. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon carrier acceptance. While lyophilized peptides demonstrate high thermal resilience during transit, purchasers should inspect deliveries promptly and transfer vials immediately to -20°C storage.

SYNCITYBIO stands behind the analytical integrity of every production lot. If an independent ISO-accredited analytical laboratory performs RP-HPLC analysis on an unopened vial and reports purity below our published Certificate of Analysis threshold, SYNCITYBIO will issue a prompt batch replacement or full refund upon review of the analytical chromatogram.

In no event shall SYNCITYBIO, its directors, officers, chemists, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the handling, storage, misuse, or application of products purchased from this catalog. The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SYNCITYBIO from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from improper or non-research use.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
